Drink Water

Water is something I am good with, ever since I was a kid, water has been my favorite way to clench my thirst and it’s important that we remember to drinks lots of water every day.  Not only does it keep us hydrated, but water is great for your skin and your overall health!

If you are not a big water drinker and like some flavor with your drink, try adding some mint or making some tea, it’s a great way to start the day and stay refreshed!

Stop when you are full

One thing I am guilty of is eating more, even though I am full, I can feel it in my stomach but the food is just so delicious, I have to keep on eating right?  I recently stopped doing this, it not only made me feel bloated but made my tired.  Now, if I have a large portion of food and I feel my stomach telling me not to eat anymore, I stop and I feel much better afterwards.

Another thing I am guilty of is feeling like a I need something sweet right after dinner, even though I am full, I still want something sweet, It’s a habit and I have had to ween myself away from it.  It’s worth it in the end!
