Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe from Among Friends Baking Mixes! #HolidayGiftIdea

Among Friends Baking Mixes is the creation of 2 friends, like many ventures it began over a cup of coffee and of course involved a cookie, the cookie was delicious so they put together a plan to make mouthwatering cookies without sacrificing nutrition and great taste!

I had the pleasure to try out some awesome cookies from Among Friends Baking Mixes. All I had to do was add 1 egg, 1tsp of vanilla essence and 4 tbsp of very soft butter!

The cookie mix is awesome, my husband loves oatmeal cookies and he thought these were delicious.  (Please excuse my oddly shaped cookies)

Baking Instructions:

What you’ll need: 1 egg, 1tsp vanilla, 4Tbsp soft unsalted butter and a pack of Among Friends Cranberry Chocolate Cookie Mix.

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper or non-stick spray. Empty mix into large bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 4 Tbsp very soft butter. *You can also use a combination of oil and butter, coconut oil, or non-dairy substitute. Beat 1-1½ minutes until mix combines with butter. For flatter cookies or if mix seems dry, add an extra 1-2 T of butter. Form 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes. Do not brown the tops of these cuties, cookies will have a shiny center. Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes.

Sprinkle red and green sugar crystals or sprinkles on ANY cookie, and it immediately becomes a holiday cookie. You can also add some Green and Red M&M’s for some color and extra chocolaty deliciousness!

Among Friends Baking Mixes are better-for-you and packed with whole grains, but most of all…delicious! They are versatile enough to play around a little. This time of year, everyone is strapped for time. The founders’ mantra is “homemade without the hassle,” and that is so important this time of year!

Disclosure: I received a pack of Among Friends Baking Mixes to sample, all opinions are my own.
