Delicious Chili Bean and Black Bean Dip Recipe

Chili Bean and Black Bean Dip recipe

reeIngredients

  • 1 Can S&W Black Beans
  • 1 Can S&W Black Chili Beans
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Large Beef Tomato Diced
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Serves 3 – 4 People

Open both cans of beans and drain about 95% of the sauce inside the can.  Add beans to a blender.  Slice the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and dice it into small pieces, add to the blender.

Slice the avocado in half and scoop out the inside, add it to the blender, chop up your red onion, add it to the blender.  Pick out 3 large garlic clove and either use a garlic press or chop up the garlic into very small pieces and add it to the blender. Chop up 1/4 cup of cilantro, add it to the blender and lastly, cut your lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender.

Blend for about 30 seconds until there it’s slightly chunky but has a dip-like texture.  Add your bean dip to a bowl and garnish with leftover diced tomato and Cilantro!
