My family and I went to see The Jungle Book in the new Dolby Cinema at AMC Prime, it was a truly amazing experience, even my husband felt the need to comment on how amazing Dolby Cinema is,  which is unusual for him!

When we arrived at the theater we picked up our drinks and popcorn then headed over to our screening of The Jungle Book, outside the cinema there was a lovely woman who handed us a Jungle Book T-Shirt then we headed inside!

When we stepped inside the cinema I was amazed at what I saw, Reclining seats!!!  I know that some seats swing back and recline but the seats inside Dolby Cinema are like something I would want at my own house!  There is actually a little control panel on the arm of each seat which lets you recline the chair back and forth, there are controls for the back and for leg rest.

My first thought when I sat down is that I hope I don’t fall asleep because the seats were SO comfy, I could sit on them all day if I had the choice.

After we got seated we waited for The Jungle Book to start, whilst I was waiting, I noticed my seat kind of rumbled a little when there was lots of loud noise, it was amazing and it will make you feel like you are in the movie.

The sound that comes from inside the theater is phenomenal, it makes you feel like everything in the movie is happening all around you, it’s clear and crisp and just amazing, my husband was blown away, the first thing he did when he got home was post on his Facebook page about the experience and for him, this is a very rare occurence!

If you haven’t been inside a Dolby Cinema before then I highly recommend it, the experience is unforgettable, the sound is like you are in the movie and the seats are the comfiest recliners I have sat on for a while!

My 2 year old daughter usually has trouble sitting in regular movie theater chairs since she doesn’t really weigh enough to keep the bottom of the seat from folding and as you know, Dolby Cinema ones don’t fold, she had the time of her life watching The Jungle Book and eating her popcorn!

My neighbors also attended and they were also blown away by the seats and sound at Dolby Cinema, they loved the Jungle Book and the whole experience.  I honestly don’t think I want to go sit in regular seats at a cinema again, Dolby has stolen my heart!

The Jungle Book was absolutely amazing, it’s a childhood favorite of mine, so to see the remake was amazing.  The Jungle Book really brings the original movie to life and tells the story in a way that will keep you watching, there was not a chance of me falling asleep, even with the comfy chairs.

The graphics are outstanding, I absolutely adored the bear cubs and seeing some of my favorite characters like Baloo the bear come to life.  There are some extremely funny moments in The Jungle Book and there are also some moments that will melt your heart.

I have no idea how Disney made this movie, it’s truly unreal and you will be amazed at how real each animal looks, the graphics, the story and everything else, there are some surprises but you will just have to go and watch The Jungle Book in Dolby Cinemas at AMC to find out, seriously, once you go Dolby, you won’t go back to regular seats!

The Jungle Book is only playing at Dolby Cinemas for one week, it’s an amazing experience you don’t want to miss!  Click here for a list of locations.
