Enof Review and Giveaway!
Enof is concentrated organic vegetables that you can sprinkle on or in your food, they are packed with lots of nutrition and if you have a kid like mine will not touch a vegetable for a million dollars, this is the perfect way to add that extra nutritional value to your little ones meal.
Enof is made from organic ingredients including spinach, bbroccoli carrots, tomatoes, beets and shitake mushrooms. Enof is also gluten free, GMO free, gelatin free and has no artificial colors or high fructose corn syrup, it’s easy on the digestive system.
Since Dylan was my test subject for Enof, I sprinkled it on his favorite meal, a peanut butter sandwich. He didn’t seem to notice any difference and ate it as he normally would, so I have come to the conclusion that it works, even for fussy and picky eaters.
I tried some out myself and on it’s own it tasted like carrots, mixed in with food I could barely taste the vegetables which makes it ideal to hide inside food. I’m also picky about my vegetables, I don’t like peppers, pickles, red onion or celery and I don’t get enough nutrition from vegetables either so I will be eating this too!
It’s also really easy to use, just open the top and shake it on like you would do with salt or pepper.
One serving has up to 60% of your daily values of Vitamins A, C, D and more! I have to state that Enof isn’t intended to be a replacement for vegetables, it is developed to help bridge the gap for parents who have tried everything but still struggle to get their kids to eat vegetables regularly.
The vegetables used in Enof are grown in the US, they are all organic. Before the vegetables are made into Enof, they are coated in a special blend of vegetable gums and vegetable oil to preserve the nutrients. The vegetables are transported to a freeze drying chamber that removes all of the water then they are grind into a fine powder. To read more about the process Click Here.
You can pretty much use Enof on anything, sprinkle it on pizza, hide it in a sandwich or even put some in a smoothie, I like that you can barely taste it when it’s mixed together but the taste of it alone isn’t bad either, overall I am really impressed with Enof!
