Foster Farms Crispy Strips Review

October 20, 2014

Foster Farms Crispy Strips are made with 100% all natural chicken breast meat.  They are lightly seasoned, coated with a crunchy bread and taste fresher than any other type of frozen chicken I have tried out!

IMG_3519Please excuse how burnt the chicken looks in the picture, I can even mess up the simplest of cooking instructions, thankfully inside the crunchy coating, the chicken tasted lovely and tender, even the coating was good!

These are wholesome, taste great and are incredibly versatile which makes cooking dinner for your family fast and easy.

You can cook these in the microwave, conventional oven or  deep fryer, we chose to cook these in the oven the first time, set it to 400 degrees and cooked the chicken for 20 minutes (I left it in a little over 24 minutes hence the burning)..

There is 170 calories per serving in these chicken strips, they are pretty big and 1 or 2 fills me up!

Foster Farms has been family owned and operated since 1939 and has become the most trusted poultry company in Western United States. They have always stayed true to their founding principles – integrity and quality!

The chicken I tried out is really tender, especially for chicken baked in the oven, they never use steroids or hormones and the chicken is a great source of protein!

Foster Farms chicken and other products are sold in many different stores throughout the US including Walmart and Target!

Disclosure: I received the product mentioned above in exchange for my honest opinion, no other compensation was received.

I like the crispy strips but the (new) packaging with out the plastic bag insert and with the green zip opener is really bad. Opener is impossible to open and then reclose and the chicken almost always has ice or frost on it.
