Friendsgiving with Netflix #StreamTeam
The Temperature has just dropped by about 20 degrees overnight here and it is SO cold, I was enjoying fire pits and all of the Halloween and fall fun but now it’s absolutely freezing outside and I am thankful for inside entertainment! One of my friends who I have been having over recently has just started watching Desperate Housewives on Netflix, I was surprised that she had never seen the show (I’ve watched the series about 5 times over) and she has been looking for a TV show that will get her through the holidays and cold nights! So, that is my friendsgiving for this season.
We got a Smart TV a couple of months ago and before that we used to watch Netflix on our gaming console. My 4 year actually knows how to work the new smart TV and Netflix is the first thing he watches in the morning, he has been watching a lot of the Mickey Mouse Christmas movies and all of the new kids shows that have popped up on Netflix recently!
I am tempted to re-watch Breaking Bad over the next few weeks or maybe How I Met Your Mother? I haven’t seen that yet, my husband has and said it was funny, so may options and so little time! Have you ever watched How I Met Your Mother? What are your thoughts?
All 10 seasons of “Friends” will hit the Netflix streaming service on January 1st and I am super excited, this is one of those shows that should have never ended, I could seriously watch it over and over again!

Crafts to enjoy – Vegetable Stamps
While you’re prepping Friendsgiving dinner, give the kids a few extra veggies, paint and paper to see what fun designs they can make. Click here to learn how to make your own veggie stamps, including instructions for making our favorite veggie friends, Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber.
Recipes to Enjoy – Cucumber Rolls with Veggie(Tales) Cream Cheese
Celebrate the launch of VeggieTales (or just enjoy a pre-Friendsgiving snack) with cucumber roll-ups stuffed with veggie cream cheese. Anything can go into cucumber rolls, but for this version we’re sticking to sun-dried tomatoes for Bob the Tomato, a celery stalk for Frankencelery and baby carrots for Laura Carrot.
