I love my web design job, I can make my own hours, work from home and make a great income, I have always been interested in real estate but since buying my own home this last summer I have had an even bigger interest, flipping houses is something I watch a lot of on TV. With a husband who is quite the handyman and interest in investing, Real Estate investing is something that is next on my to do list, but it requires a lot of learning!
I have had a lot of 9 – 5 jobs, they bore me, I like to be my own boss, lots of people love 9 – 5 jobs and that is great if that’s your thing and it fits your lifestyle, but not for me!
The Author of How to be a Real Estate Investor graduated with a degree, but he wasn’t happy with the income and steady pace of a 9 – 5 job. Most of us go through hard times, eating out of tin cans, living off minimum wage and always hoping for more, but the only way you can get there is if you get out and do it, follow your dreams.
This book interesting, educational and has learned me a lot about real estate over the last few weeks, it’s a great read for anyone looking for a change in job, a way to make more cash and set your own hours.
