When I was a kid, I did all kinds of sports, Gymnastics, Soccer, Trampolining, Swimming, Karate and more.  My mom was always getting me into new sports, Gymnastics was a favorite of mine and I stuck that out until I was 13 years old.

Now that I have my own kids I want them to have the same amazing childhood that I had, being fit, being outside and being active is all part of a healthy childhood in my opinion and you can learn from a very young age to follow your dreams and acquire new skills.

On our most recent trip to Florida I noticed that my son was really into Volleyball, we played it in the pool for a little bit and he loved watching everyone else play.  Now that we are home I am teaching him more about Volley Ball and he is having a lot of fun with it, I am hoping he sticks this one out as Volley Ball is a fun sport for the whole family.  My son needs a lot of encouragement, we always make sure to cheer him on and give him lots of support, I am sure I have a little athlete in the making!

Now that the Rio 2016 Olympic Games are on, i have been sitting down with my son and watching everything, my favorite sport is obviously the Gymnastics but my son seems to be enjoying everything.

I have a huge admiration for April Ross, she is amazing at Beach Volleyball and always has the most beautiful hair, I just love her!

I recently tried Aussie® 3 Minute Miracle Smooth Treatment and it does wonders for my frizzy hair in the summer, it keeps the frizz at bay in just under 3 minutes and makes my hair feel silky smooth, moisturized and well conditioned.  It’s made with a touch of Olive Oil and Australian Ginseng and aside from the fact that the product works, it also smells amazing like all other Aussie® products.
