Rolling in Delight with the Express Wagon from Amish Toy Box! Review and Giveaway #HolidayGiftIdea
The owner of Amish Toy Box was born and raised in the heart of Lancaster County (Amish Country), Pennsylvania and has worked and interacted with Amish people every day. He grew to respect their honesty, integrity and simple ways of life.
I was sent this amazing Rolling Delight Express Wagon to check out, I had a choice and my son doesn’t have a wagon so I couldn’t be more happy! This wagon is extremely well made, it came in a box with all the parts separated, I don’t know the whole process of putting it together because I got Paul to do it but it took him no longer than 30 minutes.
The plywood contains 3 coats of varnish, it’s shiny and it’s fabulous, not to mention extra smooth, It also has rounded corners which is important for safety!
The wagon was made by the Amish folks at Stumptown Manufacturing in Lancaster County, and is designed to last a lifetime for both work and play! It can hold up to 1000lbs and is fitted with air tires that have 13″ wheels.
My favorite thing about the wagon is that you can remove all the sides by sliding them out which makes it easy to load stuff into or let your kid inside. I actually had no idea the wagon would be so pretty, It’s red, shiny polished and just perfect. I am also interested to see how this works in the snow, the wheels are really smooth, they move and turn with no problem, even Dylan doesn’t have a hard time pulling it along the ground.
The steering pole at the front is really heavy duty, it won’t break, snap or fall off. It’s easy to turn and steer this wagon, Dylan can do it with ease and it turns extremely well too, Paul even got inside the wagon and had a go, I did take a video of that but he literally grabbed my phone of me and deleted it…
The wagon also came with the break and it makes it really easy to keep it in one place, this is really heavy and I really don’t want it rolling away because, well I would be sad it if it got lost!
My friend was asking my why I chose the wagon?
Well here is some cool uses and ideas that come to mind, for one I can put Dylan in it and Sophia when she is a little older and pull them both to the playpark, giving me a little workout and them a little fun!
If you have a pumpkin patch near by or even fruit trees, you can load em’ up and throw them in the wagon.
I also have friends coming over in a few weeks for a fall barbecue and I will be loading this up with some pretty flowers, pumpkins and some other decorations.
When Dylan is old enough he will be able to control the wagon himself, steer it, go for a ride and have the time of his life rollin’ down the street!
Now my kid is pretty strong but I was surprised at how easily he could pull the wagon on the grass, he liked to push it and pull it all over the place which is fine by me as it tires him out and he has SO much energy.
