When I opened the box I was surprised to find crayons and and activities for the kids to enjoy, I think this is great for road trips and keeping the little ones amused!

stickers

Sticker and Activity Pack – How did Scrumpt know that my son loves stickers?  As you can see, Dylan had lots of fun sticking himself!

crayolaCrayola Crayons – Another great way to keep kids amused by coloring in some of the activities included in the activity pack!

rais

Newmans Own Organic Raisins – I remember i used to eat these in school when i was a kid, great for adding a little healthy sweetness to lunch boxes!

riceRice Snack – Great for when the hunger kicks in to snack on, I would add them to a bowl of milk and eat them like cereal, they taste just like rice crispies!

Fruit

All Natural Fruit Strip – I love these! I think they are great as a health alternative for kids who refuse to eat actual fruit!

Peanut Free Almond Butter – Have you ever heard of such a thing? This is great for people with peanut allergies but would like something that tastes like peanuts!  My son enjoyed this on a sandwich!

h

Fig Bar – Another great healthy snack for kids!  Unfortunately my son doesn’t like fig bars (he is so fussy), but my husband loves them!

Annie’s Organic Cheddar Bunnies – Dylan and I shared these, great flavour, healthy and perfect for a snack at school!  I love the cute bunny shapes too!

fresg

Puree Pouch, Paper Straw and Hand Wipes – My son is a messy eater, the wipes would defaintely come in handy and I love that you can seal the puree pouch, making things a lot less messy!

 The Verdict

The travel pack is a great idea, especially when you have young kids and need to keep them amused on a road trip!  I love that there is a great variety of snacks included and activities!  Everything is healthy and free of peanut allergens which I think is super, especially if your children have allergies!  I like that it has sweet snacks but not “chocolate”, teaching my kids to eat healthy is a big goal of mine (even it takes a while).
