Snacking, it’s something we all do and sometimes we can go a little overboard right? Many nights I have sat down with one cookie and ended up eating the whole box, tragic, I know. One of my New Year resolutions is to eat healthier, I say this every year and it usually lasts for a few weeks but this time I am determined. I have written about Meta Appetite Control previously, I stuck with it for 2 months in summer then kinda blew my healthy eating when went on a visit to Florida. Now I am back using Meta Appetite Control and I am more determined than ever! Snacking is the result of me being bored or feeling a tinge of hunger but I’m replacing my unhealthy snacking with Meta Appetite Control and I am not giving up!
Meta Appetite Control has partnered with PopSugar to create a fun quiz to help you find out what kind of snacker you are. I had no idea there was so many different types of snackers but it all makes sense to me now and they hit the nail on the head. Meta Appetite Control partnered with registered dietitian nutritionist Jessica Fishman Levinson MS, RDN, CDN, to create six Snack ID profiles and to provide healthy snacking tips, customized for each profile.
My result was a mindless muncher and I couldn’t agree more, this is my fallback, sometimes I don’t take notice of what I am eating or how much and I love a snack whilst working and watching TV. Click Here to take the quiz and you can share your results along with how you can incorporate Meta Appetite Control into your day.
Instead of my usual afternoon snack and movie snack, I’m switching it up and mixing up some Meta Appetite Control instead. Meta Appetite Control really does work, but like anything you have to stick at it! My favorite flavor is orange but I have been using the unflavored version which makes me feel just as full, if you want to add a little flavor you could always mix in a little fruit juice.
Meta Appetite Control is clinically proven to help control cravings between meals.* The main psyllium fiber thickens and forms a gel in your digestive system, slowing absorption and digestion, which aids in the sensation of fullness.
