Whistlefritz ¡Sabor! – Spanish Learning Songs Review
Whistlefritz has a mission to support parents, grandparents, teachers and home educators in teach French and Spanish to children by creating high quality language immersion programs that will allow your child to learn whilst having fun in an educational environment.
My son absolutely loves dancing around to the songs on this CD, he obviously doesn’t understand them yet but it’s fun for him to listen to and in time maybe he will pick up a bit of Spanish!
The CD features a colorful collection of spanish songs including
- EL BARCO CHIQUITO (The Tiny Boat)
- LAS VOCALES (The Vowels)
- LOS MESES (The Months)
- LOS ELEFANTES
- LAS ESTACIONES (The Seasons)
- QUE LLUEVA (Let It Rain)
- LA CUCARACHA
- LOS DIAS DE LA SEMANA (Days of the Week)
- LOS NÚMEROS (The Numbers)
- EL FRUTERO (The Fruit Vendor)
- ESCONDIDOS (The Hiding Song)
- ME GUSTA VIAJAR (I Like to Travel)
- CINCO CALABAZAS (Five Pumpkins)
The CD is a mix of delightful Latin rhythms, with vibrant sounds and upbeat rhythms and your child will have a fun and exhilarating experience!
My Thoughts on the CD
Dylan loves to dance and learn new things, he probably won’t understand or learn any of the Spanish for a while but as he gets older he learns more and it’s a fun and interesting experience for him to learn new songs and a new language at the same time.
The songs are fun and would good at a party too! If your child finds it hard to concentrate or normal education language lessons, this CD would be a good thing to implement and make learning a whole lot more fun.
